About Benoit

Je pratique la massothérapie depuis 2006, un métier que j’exerce avec passion et rigueur. Après deux ans et demi dans l’Ouest canadien, je me suis établi à Granby en 2010, où j’ai fondé O’Kiné Massothérapie en 2014. Au fil des années, j’ai eu le privilège de collaborer à plusieurs événements sportifs d’envergure, dont le Challenger de tennis Banque Nationale de Granby, la Coupe Rogers et le Grand Défi Pierre Lavoie, en tant que massothérapeute de l’équipe de cyclistes de l’Assemblée nationale. Mon approche est le fruit d’un apprentissage continu et d’une écoute attentive du corps. Inspiré par la fasciathérapie, la thérapie neuromusculaire et le travail des tissus profonds, j’adapte chaque massage à la réalité de la personne devant moi. Le massage californien, ma technique de base pour la relaxation, influence aussi mes traitements : un toucher lent, fluide et constant qui favorise un relâchement durable, tant physique qu’émotionnel. En 2022, j’ai fondé le Réseau O’Kiné Massothérapie afin de préserver la cohésion et l’expertise de l’équipe.
