I support teens and adults navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, ADHD, chronic health concerns, life transitions, relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, and stress or burnout. My approach to therapy is warm, relational, and collaborative. I believe meaningful change begins with feeling genuinely heard, understood, and supported. Before focusing on any specific strategy or framework, I take time to understand your unique experience, your needs, and what feels most important for you in therapy. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and somatic and nervous system-informed approaches. I am also currently pursuing EMDR training and plan to offer EMDR therapy in the near future. Therapy with me is client-led and paced thoughtfully. I aim to create a space where you can explore difficult emotions, patterns, and experiences without feeling rushed or judged. Whether you are a teen, young adult, or adult, my goal is to support you in feeling safe, understood, and more connected to yourself.
