Her work is grounded in warmth, genuine connection, and creating a supportive space where clients can deepen self-awareness and self-compassion, while developing tools for resilience and growth. She integrates evidence-based approaches including Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based practices, honouring the interconnectedness of mind and body in the healing journey. She holds a Master's degree and clinical training in Counselling Psychology from the University of British Columbia. She is also trained in mediation and conflict resolution, which supports her collaborative and relational style. She works with youth and adults in the following areas: anxiety, depression, cultural and identity concerns, relationship challenges, stress management/recovery from burnout, self-worth, life transitions and adjustment (including career decision-making, acculturation, post-partum adjustment and divorce), perfectionism, procrastination and family conflict.
