I use a combination of deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, stretching, and mobility work, plus techniques like cupping, to help improve movement and reduce pain. Every treatment is tailored to your specific needs, and I work with you to make real progress toward your goals. I believe in working together with you to restore mobility and function.
