Drawing from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, and strengths-based approaches, I tailor each session to best support your personal growth and well-being. With a strong academic foundation in psychology and counselling, I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from York University and I am currently completing a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. I have always been recognized for my ability to listen with empathy and understanding, qualities that have shaped my commitment to supporting others and inspired my decision to pursue a career in counselling. Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, reading, spending time with family and friends, and maintaining an active lifestyle.
