He completed his Master’s in Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia in 2014. Following that, he worked in sports and rehabilitation clinics in Vancouver before moving up to Squamish in 2019. He has completed further training in back rehab, running rehab, functional dry needling (IMS), treatment of neck pain, best practice shoulder rehab, management of the functional fitness athlete, clinical bike fitting and orthopedic manual therapy. Adam has worked with many athletes, and has volunteered his time in charity basketball, boxing and soccer tournaments, and was involved with concussion baseline work with the Canadian Freestyle Ski Team as well as Surrey Minor Lacrosse. He is also a published author of research regarding knee osteoarthritis. His approach to treatment is specific for the person – using hands-on intervention as needed, movement analysis and retraining, and injury specific exercises. Adam wants to get you back to moving pain free and doing what you love!
