As an Athletic Therapist, Adam specializes in the assessment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries applied through a sports medicine model using manual techniques and therapeutic exercise prescription. He believes that communication and patient education are the foundations for an effective rehabilitation program and has found a way to apply his expertise to clientele ranging from the general population to elite athletes.
