I have been told that these injuries can be made worst in time if not care for correctly. I chose Waterloo Physiotherapy because it was close to my work. They went through a very lengthy assessment and form a really good treatment plan. Vidhi was the person I saw the most over the last nine months. She asked me how I was feeling at the beginning of the visit and catered her treatment to best help me with my pain and injuries. I have had issue with my shoulder for many years and the exercises and stretching that Vidhi did for me has helped me feel so much better today. There are exercises that I was given as "homework" and at first I wondered why. But if you follow the instruction it works and you'll start to feel so much better. I will definitely go back to Waterloo Physiotherapy if I ever start feeling pain again in the future.
