I called three days ahead and advised that my specialist appointment now conflicts and asked to reschedule. They rescheduled the appointment. I advised that I have never had an acupuncture appointment before and asked questions, how long etc. I ended up having two hours between appointments and kept myself busy in town as I live in a small town outside of the city. I arrived 15 mins early and was informed that my appt is for Chiro, not acupuncture. I asked why, as I booked for acupuncture. The office staff did not answer, instead asked if I filled out the forms sent via email. I said yes I believe so. I was then told that those forms were for chiro. I told her I did not know that and had wasted an afternoon waiting for an appointment I didnt want. She responded with “you filled Out the forms” I advised I do not want to provide my business here as I feel that instead of recognizing the scheduling error she is pushing it back on the client. This is poor customer service. I did not send me the wrong papers.
