Went 3 times and got diagnosed promptly within the first 5 minutes. Got needles, hot towel on my wrist, ultrasound and left. Was told to come back within less than a week and then explained that my insurance does not cover that many visits and I do not want to use them all up within the beginning of the year. They pushed it to a week. Came back, same thing. Needles, hot pack, ultrasound. They added one extra exercise and showed me how to do it. Come back 2 weeks later, did the same thing and was told to get back to training "normally" slowly, but take care of pushing exercises, that's it. Now we are almost a month later, and the pain is back and worse (I trained 6 times total with baby weights). I wasnt given any specific exercises, or ways to deal with the pain, or what to avoid (i mentioned i use a mouse most of the day and got no response).
