Every phone call went straight to voicemail. I went to the clinic in person to ask and waited over 30 minutes with no one at the front desk. This shows a complete lack of respect for patients’ time. The communication is nonexistent, and the clinic appears to have serious staffing and management issues. I had pre-booked my RMT appointments ahead of time. A couple of times I got called into work the day before, so I emailed to ask if they had any earlier openings. Instead of a simple “sorry, no,” Jenna sent me a long, unnecessary message lecturing me about not booking appointments if I can’t commit. Completely ridiculous. I did go to my appointments, I just asked a simple question. The response was rude, defensive, and totally unprofessional. When I showed up for my appointment Jenna gave me attitude right away and said she’d “let the RMT know I was here” in the most dismissive tone. No greeting, no professionalism, nothing. For someone running a business, she seriously needs to learn how to speak to clients. The RMT was fine, but Jenna completely ruined the experience. I haven’t been back since and definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.
