“I am extremely disappointed with my experience trying to book a water treadmill session at Max Fitness Movement. I contacted the clinic because I simply wanted to book a water treadmill session. I was told someone would call me back, but that never happened. After having to follow up myself, I was informed that I would need to pay for an assessment before I could use the treadmill. The frustrating part is that I already know what I need. I have been recovering from ACL and meniscus surgery under the guidance of my healthcare team, and all I need to do is sign a consent form before using the water treadmill. I was not looking for an assessment or additional treatment, yet I felt like I was being pushed into paying for a service I did not need. To make matters worse, they asked for my bank details before clearly explaining why I was being charged. The communication throughout the process was poor, and I repeatedly had to chase them for answers after being told someone would contact me. Good customer service starts with listening to what the customer actually needs instead of trying to sell unnecessary services. My experience left me feeling frustrated, ignored, and disappointed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a straightforward booking process or clear communication. I hope they improve the way they treat potential clients by responding promptly, being transparent about their fees, and respecting what customers are actually requesting.” Read more Show less

“Alp Ertung is hands down one of the best therapists I’ve ever been to. His knowledge on fascial manipulation is incredible. I have had long standing issues across my entire body and have seen dozens of practitioners over the years. As a chiropractor myself, I am very picky on who I receive care from. Thank you so much Alp for helping me and your amazing bed side manner.” Read more Show less

“Nothing but great things to say about Alp and his fascial manipulation technique. My son battling knee pain for 5 months, mri, ultrasounds, X-rays, physio you name it couldn’t fix or find the issue. First session with Elp and pain gone. I’m amazed. Would highly recommend Alp Ertung and MaxFit. Thanks for all your help!” Read more Show less

“I’ve been seeing Alp Ertung for manual fascial therapy using the Stecco method to address tight muscles and postural issues. After just two sessions, I’ve already noticed a significant improvement in my symptoms, including a clear reduction in pain and muscle tightness. Alp is very knowledgeable, attentive, and takes the time to understand how different parts of the body connect through fascia. The treatments feel very targeted and effective. I would highly recommend him to anyone dealing with chronic muscle tension, fascial restrictions, or postural imbalances.” Read more Show less

“Alp has been nothing short of amazing in ameliorating painful conditions that have persisted for decades. Very, very highly skilled as a practitioner in both removing fascial densification and patiently coaching a return to functional movement patterns. I cannot recommend him highly enough!” Read more Show less

“Dr Kelsick has always taken the time to help me deal with my injuries. He does usually run a little late, but I've never minded that since I know he is doing his best for the patient before me and I always get my alloted time with him. I've been seeing him for over ten years with only positive things to say about him and the staff there” Read more Show less

“Dr Kelsick is an amazing chiropractor. I have used him for many years to treat chronic back issues and multiple other injuries with great results. He may not always be on time for his appointments but that is because he spends as much time as he needs to treat every patient and in the end, it is his patients who benefit from that mindset. I strongly recommend his services.” Read more Show less
