After 20 months of loyalty, it means nothing to this organization. I had a 12 month program and did not sign a new contract and they still charged me for missing a month even though no contract exists after the first 12 months. I would not recommend purely based on the front office staff and the inflexibility of their policies. I’m now forced to dispute the credit card charge as fraud by them.
