I particularly appreciate the patience and understanding with no judgment even when I was unable to do some of the exercises recommended at home. I also really like the regular reminder from emails to text messages. The area is easy to locate with enough parking spots. They have variety of equipment that matches the need of everyone, even something to go home with. Oh I didn't mention the simulated exercises to guide you at home? They provide.
