When I arrived for my appointment, the receptionist janvi spent 20 minutes of my appointment time trying to figure out how to use the gift card. On top of that, Jaanvi was very rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction. I had already called ahead to confirm that the gift card would be accepted, so this should have been handled smoothly. To make matters worse, I was never asked to complete any pre-intake forms. Later, Jaanvi claimed she had “made an exception” by letting me proceed without them, it was supposed to be before Overall, the poor customer service, lack of organization, and unprofessional attitude made for a very frustrating experience. They just call and then leave a voicemail. If they are calling to cancel an appointment, especially if it is the first appointment in the morning, they need to ensure that they actually speak with the client and the client is informed. I have let this go before but this is the last straw. Not coming back to this place. There are other places who value their customer's time. I have been going to this place for over a year now and i come at least once a month.
