As for the rehab: I had a sprained lower back with pain all over the rest of the back and neck, and later my wrist. I couldn't do any activities for weeks and weeks. Joshua Chung listened, worked with me, and gave me a lot of physical homework, which I knew I needed as rest isn't enough, and I did it -- all of it. The plan was to slowly get active, and I now can get back to getting smashed on the mats with limited body discomfort or none at all.
