Its working, I can feel my muscles loosening slowly. The kinisiologist used wax and tens or electrodes, (I forget what you call them), warm towels, massage and stretching, etc. The exercises sent home help a lot and are explained well with supervision in location and in video. I brought my son to ask about something he is going through because of my experience so far, and we are now looking forward to getting him healed up as well. Everyone is so nice and its a very comforting and comfortable environment. I have been going to her for a little while now and I can honestly tell you the entire staff is amazing. From the receptionist (who learns everyone’s name btw) to Vrunda. She really helped me understand what was wrong with me not just physically but emotionally. She also has a great sense of humour and contagious laugh. She is extremely skilled in her practice and honestly I do not think I would have been comfortable during these sessions if Vrunda was not there. Every week she helps me get better through physical therapy, breathing exercises, and listening. She is great and they are doing a great job. He suggested practical treatment options, including orthotics and a rocker-style shoe. Following his advice, I started using a rocker shoe, and it has made a noticeable difference in my comfort and walking.
