However, the treatment itself ended before the booked 60- minutes by a total 10 minutes reducing the actual time to 50 minutes only. The survey or intake took longer than usual where time spent to chat about certain points that I already acknowledged that I am well aware of. Even of this is a mandatory survey, it took longer compared to other places. (Took around 15 minutes). The result is an actual treatment time short of 25 minutes (i.e 35 minutes of actual treatment for a cost of 60- minutes treatment). I won’t go there again. Thank you!
