“Dr. Dillon Elliot is kind and approachable. After my first visit, he helped to alleviate the acute pain I felt in my left SI joint and sacrum / lower back. After the second visit, I felt significant release and renewed mobility. Thank you, Dr. Elliot!”

“I had my first appointment with Dr. Dillon Elliott and was genuinely impressed. He was incredibly thorough, professional, and took the time to explain every part of the assessment and treatment. I really appreciated that he didn't just tell me what he was doing. He explained the reasoning behind everything, which made me feel confident and involved in my care. As someone who climbs, it was also great to see that he's an experienced rock climber and boulderer himself. He understands the unique demands those sports place on the body and tailors his care accordingly. Having someone who truly understands climbing-related injuries and movement patterns is a huge advantage. If you're looking for a chiropractor who is knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and provides thoughtful, evidence-informed care, I highly recommend Dr. Dillon Elliott. I'm looking forward to continuing treatment with him.” Read more Show less

“This spring, I injured my finger while bouldering, and a friend introduced me to Dillon. He carefully explained what was happening with my finger and how it could heal. At each appointment, he measured my finger strength in numbers so I could clearly see my progress, and he always adjusted the exercises he gave me to match the stage of my recovery. Thanks to that, not only have I regained the ability to climb at the same level as before the injury, but with the daily training, I actually feel stronger than I was before. He’s a wonderful chiropractor—thank you!” Read more Show less

“Dillon is an incredible Chiropractor. I worked with him over about an 8 month period with a climbing related injury I had seen other chiropractors and physios for and he was able to quickly get me feeling results and back towards climbing pain free!”

“Dillon is a compassionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated practitioner who meets you where you're at, considers your lifestyle, goals and creates a realistic plan of getting there. He has SO many tools available to collect data and track improvements. In less than a couple months I had regained my strength and endurance in climbing with his detailed plans. He has considered my chronic pains, random finger- and elbow thing, things-that-hurt (and I don't know why, but he knows!). Working with him always meant a great boost of motivation, with a dose of realistic expectations, tangible data and practical solutions. Plus, he is also body positive and considerate of the goings on in life and there's only encouragement from him. Thanks Dillon!” Read more Show less

“Dillon helped me with a fairly bad ring finger A2 injury recently. I found the rehab program to be effective and am pulling harder now than pre injury. Early reintroduction of light climbing was important in my opinion, as coming back to hard climbing (for me) after the injury felt like an easy transition. He’s also incredibly friendly and does a great job slowing down avid climbers who might be prone to overdoing recovery timelines (and suggesting other ways to improve that won’t aggravate the injury). I’d highly recommend him for any climbing related injury management.” Read more Show less

“I first was referred to Dillon by my husband which loved the fact that Dillon is not only a super skilled chiropractor but also an awesome climber and trainer. I have been followed by Dillon for a while now and I feel really lucky to be one of his regular patients. Dillon is always ready to take care of me and he goes above and beyond to investigate what the cause of my pain could be and how to fix it. Beside that I love the fact that he is constantly giving me tips and recommendations keeping in mind my passion for climbing and how that has an impact on the work that we do together. I know that Dillon is also a trainer and I would love to be trained by him when I will be able to fit in my schedule. Only good words for him, totally recommend Dillon!! ❤️” Read more Show less

“Dillon has helped my partner and me heal a few injuries (fingers, toe, hips, shoulders…), both online and in person. Besides giving proper guidance, rehab, and follow-up plans, he understands how frustrating it is to get injured, which makes you feel understood and validated. I also had the opportunity to train with him for a few months and was able to unlock many climbing skills (lock-offs, finger strength, flexibility…) that I had not been able to in 6+ years of climbing. If you need professional help, Dillon is your person!” Read more Show less

“I am predominantly and outdoor and have been working with Dillon since i started climbing about 2.5 years ago. He’s been amazing at helping me elevate way beyond my strength goals, dissect my on the wall performance accurately and honestly, and also rehabilitating and avoiding injuries. 100% recommend to any climber who dreams big!” Read more Show less

“Dillon's been my climbing coach for the last 4 months and has treated multiple injuries over the last year and a half. First, as a coach he provides a fully customized plan which was catered specifically to my outdoor bouldering goals. Every week he provides helpful advice based off of my comments which add a lot of value. I've seen a measurable improvement in my climbing AND stayed injury free. Aside from the coaching, over multiple in-person visits Dillon helped treat a shoulder tear which kept me from climbing for almost a year. I now climb harder than I did prior to the injury and completely pain free! I owe a lot of that to Dillon. He's also helped treat my chronic neck pain and a long-standing knee injury, both of which improved a lot just from a few visits and monitoring over time. Long story short, Dillon is the man. Coaching, chiro, whatever. Dude's got the sauce.” Read more Show less
