He is a very knowledgeable and skilled physiotherapist. He is professional and he always clearly explains what he is doing and why he is doing it. He also ensures that i understand the treatment and answers all my questions. Every session he provides hands on treatment throughout the entire appointment. At the end of each session, Richard shares useful exercises to be done at home. He gets you to try them so he can correct you if needed. I had a severe back and nerve pain issue that he solved for me when no one else could. I was in my late 20's, unable to sleep properly or work due to the intensity of the pain. My life was completely disrupted. I had gone to 2 other physios, a chiro, 2 osteopaths, an acupuncturist, and several massage therapists. I was also in queue for surgery which was only weeks away - until I found Richard. Within the first few sessions, Richard was able to properly diagnose the issue (something all of the other professionals failed to do) and to bring me significant pain relief and hope. I was able to avoid the invasive surgery, which, as I found out through Richard, would not have fixed my pain anyway. Richard is kind, thoughtful, and professional. He takes the time to make sure you understand what is happening during the treatments and equips you with knowledge to stay healthy and functional.
