I first started seeing Meghan in 2023. In 2022 I was in a sporting accident and tore both my occipital attachments, traps, rhomboids, and rotator cuffs. I suffered chronic migraines and pain for a year while I tried everything: acupuncture, physio, regular massage, nerve block injections, botox, and more with no relief. I was fainting while driving because of shoulder checking, had no range of motion, and unable to participate in sports and activities.
