Initially the physio I saw at a different business was doing a bandaid approach and ultimately I was left suffering at the end of treatment. I did not want to participate in being WCB's guinea pig under their direction or care when they did not have my best interest. I remembered how amazing Dean was in a previous car accident and reached out to him knowing how experienced he is in this line of work. With his initial treatment and plan I was then sent in the right direction to Bailey which her injections helped in recovery even more so. Currently I am seeing Stephen and Jim with a combined effort to help with my recovery. I also reached out to Kelly who I was very pleased with. The reason why I like this company is because they put their patients first. They communicate with each other and help come together to form a collaborative plan that really makes recovery easier and faster. My doctor said it would be a while and to be patient which I have. I'm finally starting to see positives in my recovery and I couldn't be any happier with the services everyone here provides. Even with everything on top of the physical, emotional, and financial distress I would literally be in a worst off state if it was not for everyones efforts in supporting me. Jim is great at what he does and I look forward to combine the chiropractor side of things to my physio treatment plan. I just want the business to know how very lucky they are to have all these amazing people working for and with them. Super professional and clean locations. Also as patients people are lucky to have so many talented people under 1 company. Lastly I need to give a shout out to Stephen who is a wonderful, and very experienced Physiotherapist.
