Let me tell you i hurt my knee many years ago and I reagervated it last year and for the past year I had a pull in my calf and hamstring no physio could deal with but he did in the first session. Also unlike most physiotherapist he took his time to truly assess the issues with my knee and tripled alternative techniques not the same thing over.
