The front desk was kinder. Now kinda sorta make you feel like they don't value your business and are only doing ppl favours by even being open. They have revently cancelled over 5 appointments last minute, never are flexible and state they are always short staffed. It is very frustrating to hear they are always booked especially if you are a returning client who comes routinely. The workers are great, the management, resource planning and pricing is terrible. 2 stars because once you finally see a worker, they usually do help. But the sessions are limited, rushed and the pricing is way too high like everything else. I also find the clinic in need of renovations. I’ve been coming here for almost two years for treatment after my accident, and always respected their work. But when I recently called to book a Pilates session, the owner, Liz, told me, “Find another physiotherapy clinic for yourself,” which I found extremely rude and unprofessional. I had to cancel one appointment earlier due to sudden vertigo, vomiting, and imbalance — a genuine medical emergency that I clearly explained. After such a long relationship with the clinic, this lack of empathy and compassion was very hurtful.
