The yoga studio is gorgeous and feels like a serene sanctuary. The evening classes are by candlelight which creates a lovely atmosphere too. I love the variety of classes with a balance of yin/restorative and more energetic flows/powerful yoga. 310 Wellness also offers massage therapy (with student massages at $45 for an hour - I will be trying this!), and other wellness/spiritual services. They have a small shop as well with health and wellness products.
