When you walk up to the front of the house the door to the clinic is on the right hand side of the house. There is an arrow saying “ACU this way” and welcome sign for you to follow. But, for me it was not a match. I arrived to be faced with a set of steep stairs to the basement..not the best for me. The room was not ready..she had to change the sheets and blankets. I fully understand that one treatment solves nothing, but, I would expect that $160 per hour for "intense" treatment would involve a bit more than just a row of electro accupuncture. It was not what I expected, it did not enter the conversation/ assessment , there was no discussion about anything other than one thing, and while it was zinging..she left the room "to get something" at least twice. The next client arrived early and frankly, the practitioner was already mentally disengaged with me. I don't feel that I recieved a session worth $160. ..the most expensive in Regina. I gave it 5 days..and there was absolutely zero effect. I would expect at least a small tweek..I was disappointed. I don't feel that 4 more sessions of this at $95 each will be worth it for me.
