I completed my Masters of Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta in 2017, after completing my Bachelor’s of Science in Biology there two years prior. I have since completed courses in dry needling, acupuncture, strength and conditioning, concussion/vestibular care, and diagnostic imaging. I enjoy empowering patients to learn about their bodies and be active in managing their pain. I particularly enjoy working with patients with longstanding or chronic pain to help maximize their function and get their lives back!
When I’m not working, I’m likely spending time with my dog on a nice walk or working on some sort of craft or cozy hobby.
