If you are navigating anxiety, depression, grief, or the heavy weight of trauma, please know you do not have to carry it alone. I believe that true healing occurs within relationships—both the supportive networks we build in our lives and the safe connection we forge in therapy. My approach is deeply rooted in an attachment and relational lens. This means I prioritize creating a warm, safe, and judgment-free environment as our starting point. We will always work at your pace, putting you as a person first. To support your unique journey, I draw from evidence-based, trauma-informed modalities, including EMDR, Somatic Experiencing (SE), Internal Family Systems (IFS) Trauma-Focused CBT, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). As a Registered Counselling Therapist (RCT) and Supervisor with the Nova Scotia College of Counselling Therapists (NSCCT) and a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA), I have experience supporting individuals across the entire lifespan. We are a team in this process. My collaborative nature ensures that, together, we will find your best path forward toward meaningful change.
