Maryam graduated with a Master’s degree in physical education and has more than 13 years of experience as a physical educator.
She started her Ph.D. in Sport Psychology in Malaysia in 2009. She then went on to become a certified kinesiologist and a member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK) in 2018.
Over her 20 years of experience as a physical educator, she has taught various subjects such as Motor Learning, First Aid, Sports Nutrition, Posture alignment, and weight loss. She specializes in Active Health and Fitness, Injury rehabilitation, and Exercise Therapy. She has additional training in soft tissue.
Release, kinesiology taping, and whiplash. She possesses strong supervisory skills with a hands-on mentoring leadership style.
Maryam believes that your physical and mental wellness comes from being able to balance all aspects of life. Taking a proactive “in charge ” approach can make these lifestyle changes for themselves.
