Kurt believes that one of the most important parts of improving personal health and wellness is by knowing how and why injuries happen. He is passionate about helping people understand their condition and teaching them how it can be prevented. He values the importance of communication and believes that through accurate assessments and treatment planning, he can assist individuals on achieving personal goals.
Kurt’s massage treatments utilize a combination of Swedish massage along with myofascial release, trigger point release, neuromuscular techniques, soft tissue mobilization, deep tissue therapy, sports massage, and general relaxation.
Kurt is pleased to also offer Cupping Therapy, Pre/Post-natal massage, Assisted Stretching and Aromatherapy!
