À propos de Jennifer

Jen grew up in the small town of Colonsay, Sask. After graduation, she completed her undergraduate degree in Athletic Training at Minot State University while playing university volleyball. At that point, she moved back to Saskatchewan where she graduated with her Masters degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Saskatchewan. After graduation, she practiced in Humboldt for 2 years, then moved back to her hometown and continued her career in Saskatoon for the following 7 years. During that time, Jen completed specialization in Pelvic Health and vestibular therapies. Recently, her and her husband purchased a business SE of Muenster, SK, which has brought Jen back to this area where she is excited to continue servicing the people of Humboldt. Jen has a high interest in treating basic to complex orthopedic injuries as well as pelvic health conditions in females and males. Her passion lies in the connection between these two practices, and helping chronic low back and hip pain patients find relief through treatment of the pelvic floor. Her techniques include hands on manual therapy, modality and instrument assisted techniques including manual traction and soft tissue mobilizers, as well as injury specific exercise prescription. Jen is also trained in Labour and delivery preparation through pelvic biomechanics and post partum treatment of pelvic and abdominal conditions.
