Hannah Lysak is a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and Skin Care Therapist, having completed her 2200-hour Massage Therapy diploma and Skin Care Therapy certification in 2014 in Edmonton, Alberta. With over a decade of experience, Hannah takes an intuitive and personalized approach to treatment, assessing both the body and skin’s needs in the moment to provide a regenerative and therapeutic experience. She specializes in buccal (intra-oral) massage for TMJD, offering advanced techniques to address jaw tension, clenching, grinding, headaches, and facial restrictions. Her expertise in craniofacial and intraoral therapy allows her to release deep muscular tension while supporting optimal jaw function, alignment, and relaxation. Hannah is also a PCES (Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist) Level 3 practitioner, providing specialized care for prenatal and postpartum clients. She focuses on core and pelvic health rehabilitation, helping clients navigate diastasis recti, pelvic instability, and postural imbalances through targeted massage techniques and corrective movement strategies. She is passionate about creating cohesive treatment plans that extend beyond the treatment room, empowering clients with the tools they need to maximize their self-care and recovery at home. As she continues to expand her expertise—particularly in lymphatic drainage therapy—Hannah remains committed to providing comprehensive, results-driven care tailored to each client’s unique needs.
