Hi, I'm Fiona, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) offering Affordable Therapy Services with a background in Human Resources and a genuine passion for supporting people through life's challenges and transitions. I have a particular interest in working with parents, couples and individuals navigating relationship struggles, and those feeling overwhelmed by the demands of family life or significant life changes. I'm also passionate about supporting women's mental health, particularly during pregnancy, the postpartum period, perimenopause, and menopause. My approach is warm, collaborative, and non-judgemental, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients recognize their strengths, gain new perspectives, and create meaningful change.
Outside of therapy, I'm a travel enthusiast who loves exploring new places and revisiting some of my favourite destinations with my children, watching them experience the worlds beauty for the first time is an endless source of joy for me. We also love sunset chasing, there's nothing more healing or powerful to me than ending the day beneath a magnificent sunset sky. Im also a music enthusiast and my wonderfully eclectic music playlists are proof that for me, no genre is off limits!
