Dr. Chris Tornack is a Doctor of Acupuncture and founder of Tao of Health in Sylvan Lake, Alberta. His approach is unhurried, individualized, and rooted in the belief that symptoms make more sense when viewed as part of a larger pattern. He takes time to understand each person's health history, daily life, physical concerns, and emotional well-being before building a treatment plan. His care may combine acupuncture, Chinese medicine, cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, individualized herbal support, essential oils, and restorative bodywork. Chris values honest conversation, careful observation, and adjusting treatment according to how the body responds. At Tao of Health, patients are not treated like a list of symptoms. They are invited into a collaborative process designed to help them better understand their health and move toward greater balance.
