Dakota is a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). She holds a Masters in Counselling Psychology and works with youth, adults, seniors, and couples. Dakota supports individuals in high-responsibility and crises roles such as first responders, she works with athletes experiencing sport performance concerns, and people experiencing differing physical abilities. Dakota works with people navigating trauma/PTSD, life transitions, death and dying, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, sexual health and intimacy concerns, emotional dysregulation, self-esteem, and perfectionism.
