Connie is a trauma-informed clinical counsellor, certified life coach, and clinical hypnotherapist—as well as a dedicated mom of three. She brings a unique blend of clinical training, a background in business, and real-life experience to her work. She doesn’t just understand the weight of anxiety, grief, or life-altering diagnoses—she’s walked through them herself. That’s what makes her approach feel different: it’s collaborative, down-to-earth, and deeply compassionate.
Connie supports people through some of life’s most challenging moments—whether that’s navigating a medical diagnosis like cancer, managing overwhelming anxiety, or feeling lost during a major transition. Her integrative approach combines evidence-based practices like ACT, CBT, DBT, somatic therapy, and brainspotting with a holistic lens that considers the full picture of a person’s emotional, physical, and mental well-being.
She believes no one should have to face life’s challenges alone—and that belief is what led her to help people just like you. Her goal is to ensure clients feel supported not only during sessions, but between them too, with practical tools, strategies and ongoing care.
