As a Certified Athletic Therapist my training specialises in the assessment and rehabilitation of injuries. Although athlete is in the name, I work with anyone experiencing pain or wanting to get back to their normal activity. I believe in getting to the root of every problem to provide long term relief of your injury. I focus on hands-on treatments to ensure you leave every appointment feeling better than when you came in. As someone who grew up with chronic injuries, I am passionate about giving you the tools you need to rehab and manage chronic pain. I prioritise personalised exercise based rehabilitation as this is the key to getting rid of injuries for good. I have worked in a variety of elite sport environments including the BC Lions, University of Calgary football, as well as Football Alberta's inaugural U18 Women’s Tackle team. I am currently one of the athletic therapists for the CSSHL Edge Mens U15 Prep hockey team.
