Ashlin is an RMT student and bodyworker with a passion for helping people feel more at ease in their bodies. With a background in personal training, she brings a strong foundation in movement and physical conditioning. Through her own experience with injury and recovery, she is also well versed in how the body responds to stress, strain, and healing. She recognizes that healing is not always linear and that each person’s experience is unique.
Her treatments focus on creating a calm, supportive environment where the nervous system can slow down and reset. She incorporates relaxation-based and fascial-informed techniques to help reduce tension, improve body awareness, and support overall well-being.
Ashlin believes there is real value in understanding how the body responds to different demands. She provides clear, practical insights to help clients feel more connected to their bodies and more confident in how they move and recover.
She works with a wide range of clients and especially enjoys supporting those navigating ongoing tension or discomfort, with an emphasis on sustainable, manageable progress.
