Ashley is a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Massage Therapist dedicated to delivering treatments that are both therapeutic and deeply restorative. A graduate of Humber Polytechnic Massage Therapy Program, Ashley has developed a strong clinical foundation that supports her thoughtful, evidence-based approach to treatment. Her treatment style incorporates Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, trigger-point release, myofascial release, and joint mobilizations. Ashley also has experience supporting prenatal clients and commonly works with conditions such as tension headaches, stress-related muscular pain, and postural dysfunction.
Clients appreciate her warm, calming presence, and natural intuition for identifying areas of tension and adjusting pressure accordingly. Ashley values clear communication, client comfort, and developing treatment plans that promote long-term wellness.
