Ashley is a bilingual (EN/FR) Registered Physiotherapist. Living an active lifestyle and with a background in dance, she learned early on the value of living a healthy, balanced, and joyful lifestyle. Along with developing a deep appreciation for movement and the small things that can make a difference, she embraces the incredible ways it can support both physical and emotional well-being.
With a passion for understanding the whole person through a biopsychosocial lens, her sessions are guided by client-centered goals and a genuine curiosity to uncover the root cause of each patient’s symptoms. She values using education and evidence-based treatments to help clients feel informed and confident in their recovery.
Collaboration and active participation are at the heart of every session, creating a space where progress feels both meaningful and achievable.
Education/Community Involvement:
- Master of Science in Physical Therapy at Queen’s University
- Certifications under the Orthopedic division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association
- IMS/Dry needling
- Specialized training in Pelvic Floor/Women’s Health Physiotherapy (PHS I, II)
- Collaboration with other healthcare practitioners and services in the community (in-services etc.) with an on going passion and drive for continuous learning.
Beyond her professional life, she loves finding new skills and challenges, spending time with friends and family, cooking and eating delicious food, and being by the water and in the mountains.
