CCNM Student Counselling is available at no cost only to CCNM Students at the Toronto campus. If you are not a CCNM student, your appointment will be cancelled. For counselling services outside of the counsellor’s scheduled hours of work and if you are physically located outside of Ontario when requesting support, the Dialogue counselling service (EmpowerMe) is available to CCNM students 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via [StudentCare](https://studentcare.ca/rte/en/CanadianCollegeofNaturopathicMedicineNSAEmpowerMeEmpowerMe). Note: Angela will be out of office until August 10th. --- Welcome! My name is Angela and I'm a counsellor for students at CCNM's Toronto campus. I hold a Master of Social Work and H.BSc specializing in Psychology from the University of Toronto. I value using an integrative approach in therapy as I believe there is a deep connection between different facets of our life, whether it is our mental health, physical health, relationships, culture, and more. My role is to provide a safe and compassionate space to reflect and process difficult thoughts, feelings, and behaviours that create conflict. I aim to create a warm and welcoming space, working collaboratively with you to make sense of these challenges. I will be honoured to walk with you through your academic and life's journey if you decide to reach out.
