À propos de Andrea
Andrea Stevens, RMT, GTS is an honours graduate of MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy, where she completed her 2200-hour massage therapy diploma. She is Graston Specialist Certified and a member in good standing with the Massage Therapy Association of Alberta.
Andrea’s practice is centered on helping clients move more freely, reduce pain, and restore balance. Her treatments blend skilled assessment and therapeutic technique with the understanding that true well-being extends beyond muscles alone.
A former national-level athlete in cross-country skiing and mountain biking, Andrea understands the demands of performance, recovery, and resilience. Today, that foundation is complemented by life on a hobby ranch outside of Cochrane, where she and her husband are raising their three children, ages 16, 13, and 11. Alongside family life, she works extensively with horses through natural horsemanship and cares for yaks and ducks.
Working with horses has added a meaningful dimension to her treatments. Horses require presence, feel, timing, and quiet awareness — qualities that translate seamlessly into the treatment room. This relational and intuitive approach allows Andrea to listen deeply to the body, supporting healing that is not only therapeutic, but balanced and holistic.
As both a practitioner and a mother, Andrea values caring for individuals and families alike, and enjoys working with clients of all ages — from youth athletes to adults seeking lasting relief and improved well-being.
Andrea welcomes clients into her clinic space on the second floor of Chez Soi 1912, offering care that is attentive, grounded, and thoughtfully aligned with each person’s goals.
