Hi, I’m Andrea — a Registered Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, and Certified Nutritionist. Massage therapy is at the core of what I do, and I work with clients looking for everything from relaxation and stress relief to more targeted treatment for tension, pain, and injury. Whether you’re coming in for general maintenance or a specific concern, each session is tailored to your individual needs. In addition to providing effective, hands-on treatment, I also take a more comprehensive approach for clients who want longer-lasting results. Many people experience recurring tightness or discomfort, and while massage provides relief, I help support the body beyond the session so those results last. My approach combines therapeutic massage, deep tissue work, myofascial release, cupping, and movement-based guidance to help restore balance, improve mobility, and reduce ongoing strain on the body. For those who are interested, I use what I call the Diamond Method™ — a structured approach that moves from relieving tension, to restoring movement, to building strength, and maintaining results over time. Each session is personalized and intentional. You can simply come in for massage and relaxation, or we can take a more guided approach depending on your goals. With a background in fitness and nutrition, I’m here to support you in feeling better in your body, moving with ease, and maintaining your results long term.
