À propos de Ally

I am a Behavioural Consultant with over 18 years of experience supporting children and families, primarily within school divisions. My work spans early learning (10 years) and elementary, junior high, and high school settings, where I have supported children and caregivers through the assessment and diagnosis of disabilities and into meaningful, practical supports across school, home, and community environments. I practice from a neuro-affirming, trauma-informed lens, grounded in the belief that safety, regulation, and connection are essential to growth. I believe behaviour is communication, and when we understand the message behind it, we can shift perspectives and collaboratively implement meaningful strategies that support children in every setting. Outside of work, I volunteer with my therapy dog, foster cats, and enjoy family time, cheering on my two teenage athletes.
