Alex is a senior student in the dual diploma of Herbal Medicine & Holistic Nutrition. These programs integrate traditional and Western approaches, emphasizing socially responsible and ecologically conscious care. In 2017 Alex completed her BA in Cultural Anthropology at Concordia University where she focused on Environmental, Food, Healthcare, and Gender Politics. This colours her practice, centred on connection between people, plants, community, and environment, realizing healing extends beyond the individual. Alex is passionate about providing inclusive, trauma-informed, neurodivergent & queer-affirming care. She enjoys working with all ages, genders, and varieties of health concerns, with special interest in autoimmune conditions, mental health and nervous system support, gut restoration, energetic medicine, and spiritual healing. She offers gentle and attuned support in honouring the body’s innate wisdom to heal, drawing on herbs, diet, and lifestyle adjustments to create tailored health plans that empower her clients along their healing journeys. Her personal passions include backcountry hiking, gardening, culinary experimentation, travel, music, tarot reading, board games, painting, and playing with her cats.
