Adam’s passion for functional movement and wellness seamlessly weaves its way into his practise.
A graduate of Atlantic College of Therapeutic Massage with honours and holds an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) certification with Yoga Alliance. These combined backgrounds allow Adam to help clients through direct treatment and by helping others cultivate and create wellness tools of their own.
We all have contrasting experiences and navigate a little differently within our own bodies, but we all deserve to do it with more comfort and ease! With training in relaxation techniques (Swedish, Hot Stone and Cranial Massage) to more direct treatments (Sports Massage, Myofascial Techniques, Cupping, ART, and other therapeutic modalities), this allows for a tailored treatment based on your specific needs.
When he’s not at the clinic, he leads yoga classes and workshops both publicly and privately … or is outside adventuring with his dog Kona!
