“The staff was polite and professional, very patient and answered any questions I had. The optometrist I had was Shane Cornelson. He was very friendly and great, explained everything clearly and educated me about my eye health. It was my first time getting my eyes photographed. It was interesting going over the photos and getting things explained to me. I would recommend this clinic. They were great with helping me pick out glasses and providing their feedback as well! “I'm super grateful to everyone at the clinic (Nick, Serene, and Dr. Natasha Lam) for fitting me in on short notice when I called with eye pain and light sensitivity so bad that I couldn't open that eye. During the exam, Dr. Lam was very thorough, patient, and gentle. She found a couple of corneal abrasions, prescribed the appropriate medications, and did follow ups in time to be sure it was healed and safe for me to stop the medication. Thank you SO SO much. “My husband and I have been going to Wink Optometry for three years, we greatly appreciate the thorough examination and care. This is the first time we order our glasses here. My husband was very happy, my progressive glasses weren't fitting my need so I decided to change them. The staff was very patient and attentive to my needs. “My wife and I have been going to Wink Optometry for almost 5 years now, and we genuinely love this place. The staff is always warm, friendly, and just really lovely to deal with. I’ve been seeing Dr. Natasha since day one, and she’s honestly the best—super helpful, kind, and always makes us feel at ease. Bonus points: they used to have dogs in the office, which was obviously amazing. Sadly, not so much anymore... but Dr. Natasha once said she’d bring her dog in if I gave her a heads-up about my appointment.
