“I went to this clinic and the staff were great. That being said, the treatments I received didn’t work for me. I attended twice a week for about nine months for chronic neck pain and unfortunately saw no improvement if anything, my symptoms became worse. It wasn’t until my doctor referred me to a spine specialist in Calgary and I underwent an MRI that I learned the issue wasn’t skeletal, but muscle-related, so chiropractic treatment wasn’t addressing the root cause. My MRI showed straightening of the cervical lordosis, meaning I had lost the natural curve in my neck. Years of sedentary work and poor posture had caused the muscles in my neck to remain constantly tight, creating significant pain and stiffness. Structurally, there was nothing wrong with my bones. What I wish had happened is that, after months of little to no improvement, someone had suggested exploring other treatment options. Instead, I was continually encouraged to keep coming in and spending money. After dealing with pain for three years, I finally got an answer and received the proper treatment. I received trigger point injections to help relax the chronically tight muscles, along with physiotherapy. A year and a half later, I feel like a completely different person. My point is this: if you have a condition that is genuinely skeletal in nature, this clinic may be able to help. However, if you’ve been receiving treatment for an extended period without improvement, don’t be afraid to seek a second opinion or explore other options. In my experience, that recommendation wasn’t offered, and I wish I had pursued alternatives much sooner.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I have struggled with migraines my entire life, and to no ones surprise, when we moved to the area, the weather affected me immensely. After seeing Dr. Todd he explained that weather realated migraines can be helped by getting your neck alignment correct and I've noticed a huge difference in the six months I've been going. I've also seen some pretty big range of motion changes in my shoulder (after a big injury and surgery and thinking it was a lost cause) from the hard work by Dr. Todd and Brooke for physical therapy! I would highly recommend this entire team.
