“It was time for new glasses and an eye checkup. I phoned walmart eye center to set up an appointment. It was made in a week or so that was good for me. The lady working there worked on my old bent glasses and straightened them adding both nose cushions. She spent over a half hour working on them...for free. Nice to have a spare. The eye doctor was also very good. In a couple days the glasses arrived. Very clear and I realized I had gone for far too long on an old prescription. “I’ve been a regular client for this location for over 12 years. My mother and sisters go here, as does my husband and my very young children. I have always been very happy with the support and service. Dr. Lam has consistently navigated my complex eye issues with fantastic care and attention. All staff have been amazingly helpful, patient, and kind every single time I’ve interacted with them. My glasses have all been fantastic, and the staff has been quick to repair or replace anything with issues quickly. “*Writing this on behalf of my Fiance* I Would not recommend this location, brought my glasses to be fixed, all it needed was a screw and the front desk staff took it into their own hands and attempted to shove a large screw two times the size of the original and it broke the temple of my glasses. They then advised that I buy a glasses cheaper than the original for $80 bucks with only 15% off and rightfully, I got really upset and asked for a better deal of at least 50% but was denied without explanation. My glasses from suncloud alone as worth at least 100 bucks at the time and I refused to pay almost the same amount for their non brand glasses.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Highly recommend! We have been going to this location for the last three years. The eye doctor is great with the kids, and the rest of the team is incredibly friendly! They always make sure we are completely taken care of. Repairs, sizing, testing, and our orders are always handled professionally and efficiently. A while ago I had some issues with some prescription sunglasses that took a few tries to figure out but they were patient and willing to give me the time of day and help me figure out what was going on. “I went in today to get my husband a pair of glasses for xmas. I had his prescription and the glasses size, as well as his approval of the gift idea. The guy i spoke to was not very friendly and said there was no way i could get my husband glasses without him being there (liability issues he said?). I even explained that it was a gift and I had the info. So, turned away, i called superstore optical and was met with a friendly voice who told me to absolutely come in....
