If you are looking to book a virtual appointment with Dr. Ali - please select the “Telemedicine” or “phone call” options.
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapist’s day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged the full fee for the missed appointment. Payment of this fee will need to be paid before any further appointments are made for you. Appointments can be cancelled online via your Jane account directly, or by calling our office.
Massage therapy is available at TIHC. Appointments are not available online to book, please call the office to reserve your appointment - at 613-392-8293.

“The front desk staff are always kind and professional, and that goes a long way as that is who greets you and helps you with particulars upon leaving and both interactions are always great. I received amazing treatment on my neck and back from Leah and I can honestly say a 15 month pain was gone after only a few treatments and some sharing of her wisdom on exercises and stretches. I am currently getting treatment from Jennifer for hamstring issues related to running and she is another absolutely amazing therapist and also very knowledgeable.
